Edward S. Cheng speaks at Board of Bar Overseers Hearing Officers Training Program

Edward S. Cheng, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, was one of the speakers at the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers’ Hearing Officers Training Program on March 15, 2018. The program was for new bar disciplinary Hearing Officers as an introduction to the disciplinary process and to train them on how to conduct hearings. Ed spoke on the topic of “Representing Respondents Charged With Misconduct.”  He was a former Hearing Officer for the Board of Bar Overseers and has represented dozens of attorneys in disciplinary matters.
