Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber moderates MELA panel on advocating for employee rights
Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber, associate in the firm’s Employment Department and president of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA), moderated the virtual panel, “The Nuts and Bolts of Advocating for Employee Rights,” on April 15, 2021. The program, hosted by MELA and its Attorneys of Color and Diversity Committee, covered emerging issues in employment law, how to balance a plaintiff-side practice with earning a living, and how to get involved with MELA.
MELA is an organization of attorneys who devote the majority of their practices to representing employees, rather than employers. As the National Employment Lawyers Association’s (NELA) Massachusetts Chapter, MELA works closely with NELA to leverage their efforts across the country.
