Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber presents at Northeastern University School of Law’s Annual Labor and Employment Program

Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber, senior associate in the firm’s Employment Department, spoke at the Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL) virtual annual Labor and Employment Program on February 24, 2022. Gavi presented on the panel, “The Current State of Employer Obligations and Employee Rights in a COVID-19 Pandemic Workplace.” The panel shared insights on employee rights to work from home to care for children and sick family members, as well as the current status of mandates, employee vaccine exemptions for health or religious reasons, and other related issues.

NUSL is the law school of Northeastern University in Boston. The School of Law is nationally recognized for its public interest law and cooperative legal education programs. Its Annual Labor and Employment Law Program provides a unique opportunity to hear from fellow grads, all of whom are recognized experts in the field of labor and employment law.
