Jaclyn L. McNeely named committee Co-Chair of WBA New Lawyers Committee

Jaclyn L. McNeely, an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department, has been chosen as Co-Chair of the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) of Massachusetts New Lawyers Committee.

Jaclyn represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and contract negotiation and enforcement. Her expertise includes advising clients on FMLA, FLSA, Massachusetts Wage Act, and parental leave. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA).

The WBA of Massachusetts is committed to achieving the full and equal participation of women in the legal profession and in a just society. Women lawyers in Massachusetts join one another in building a strong community and meaningful personal and professional relationships, following their philanthropy in women helping women. WBA’s New Lawyers Committee seeks to provide a forum for new women lawyers, inviting members to share their unique experiences, draw on each other’s knowledge, and provide advice on rising in the ranks, all while meeting new people in similar situations.
