Jaclyn L. McNeely to speak at BBA discussion on Effective Representation at the MCAD

Jaclyn L. McNeely, an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department, will speak during the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) discussion, “Effective Representation at the MCAD,” on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. The panel discussion is part of the BBA’s Labor and Employment “Friday Fundamentals” series and will cover topics such as the commission’s jurisdiction, what to expect when filing a claim, available remedies, and considerations when representing an individual complainant, an employer respondent, or an individual respondent.

“Friday Fundamentals” is the BBA’s weekly educational series designed to offer an introduction to the basic legal skills and fundamental knowledge lawyers need to get a foothold and grow in their understanding of a given area of practice. Click here for more information on the series.
