Jennifer I. Connelly presents at MCLE’s “Negotiating & Drafting Office & Retail Leases” program

Jennifer I. Connelly, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Negotiating & Drafting Office & Retail Leases,” on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. During this program, Connelly spoke about the most important trends and issues in commercial lease transactions with a focus on lease assignment and sublet provisions for office and retail.

The MCLE program will be rebroadcast on June 2 at 12:00 p.m., and June 10 at 9:00 a.m.
