Jennifer Ioli Connelly presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “Negotiating & Drafting Office & Retail Leases,” on June 20, 2023. The live webcast covered comparisons between office and retail leasing transactions, and Jen specifically discussed methods for calculating rent, responsibility for real estate taxes and maintenance, default provisions, and assignment and sublet provisions.

Jen is a commercial real estate attorney with experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, she represents retailers, developers, and institutions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. A partner in the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, Jen advises institutional investors, industrial companies, and other types of commercial property owners on solar leasing matters for rooftop, ground mounted, and canopy facilities.

The webinar will be rebroadcast on Thursday, July 6 at 12 p.m., and Friday, July 14 at 9 a.m.
