Jennifer L. Ioli and Andrew E. Bensson speak at MCLE program on the essential concepts of every SNDA agreement

Jennifer L. Ioli and Andrew E. Bensson, partner and associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, respectively, served as co-panelists during Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) webcast, “How to Draft & Negotiate Subordination, Non-Disturbance & Attornment Agreements (SNDAs),” on April 1, 2021. During the program, Jen and Andrew discussed the fundamental issues associated with SNDAs and how they are resolved by lenders, tenants, property owners/landlords, and, if litigation ensues, the courts.
