Jennifer L. Ioli named to NEREJ’s 2021 “Ones to Watch” Spotlight
Jennifer L. Ioli, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, was featured in the New England Real Estate Journal’s (NEREJ) “2021 Ones to Watch Spotlight,” which features the up-and-coming professionals in New England’s commercial real estate industry.
Jen represents retailers, developers, and institutions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including advising on environmental regulation and due diligence. A partner in the firm’s Renewable Energy group, she advises industrial companies on the roll-out of solar leasing to accomplish their business goals. When asked what “advice [she can] offer to someone who is interested in a career in [her] industry,” Jen told NEREJ that,
“Once you’ve focused an interest on being a transactional attorney, seek out experiences and people whose jobs inspire you. Don’t be afraid to ask for informational interviews or seek advice from those who came before you, and also remember to give back in the same way once you’ve become more established. In each opportunity you’re given, try your best and practice being detail-oriented, well-prepared, a precise writer, a confident advocate, and a respectful person, as you’ll need to be all of those things to succeed.”
