Jennifer L. Ioli, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented during the ICSC+U.S. Law Conference in San Francisco, California from Nov. 3-5, 2021. The session, “Avoiding the Tragedy of the Commons – Best Practices for New Uses in Common Areas,” which Jen co-facilitated with Kevin F. McKeegan of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, explained the practical and legal implications of the ever-changing demands on the use of common areas.
