Jessica G. Kelly and Thomas F. Maffei participate in the MBA’s Practicing with Professionalism Course

Jessica G. Kelly, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, and Thomas F. Maffei, of counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, lead a session in the January 14th Massachusetts Bar Association CLE course, “Practicing with Professionalism“. Their session entitled, “Attorney-Client Relationship,” dealt with topics including: prospective clients, when representation begins, terminating the attorney-client relationship, effective client communications, importance of engagement letters and fee agreements, and managing difficult clients: interactive role play and analysis.
