Jessica G. Kelly attends MBA CLE on Cybersecurity Litigation

Jessica G. Kelly, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, attended the Massachusett’s Bar Association’s (MBA) CLE: Cybersecurity Litigation hosted by the Complex Commercial Litigation Section. During the program, a panel of experts discussed typical issues with cybersecurity, such as general litigation claims that can arise and what defenses are available, preventative measures that can be implemented by companies to guard against cyberattacks from outside sources, and insurance coverage issues arising out of the cybersecurity context. The program took place on March 20, 2019.
