Joseph Y. Wang and Jennifer L. Ioli, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented during the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Friday Fundaments series on February 7, 2020. “From Letter of Intent to Closing Checklist – A Deal Document Inventory” covered how to draft a closing checklist from a letter of intent (lease or acquisition) or a term sheet (financing). The program also explained how certain documents work with each other and how to build a comprehensive checklist.

“Friday Fundamentals” is the BBA’s weekly educational series designed to offer an introduction to the basic legal skills and fundamental knowledge lawyers need to get a foothold and grow in their understanding of a given area of practice.
