Joseph Y. Wang, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and member of its Hospitality Practice Group, spoke during the Boston Bar Association’s webinar, Uncharted Territory: Challenges Facing Retail, Hospitality Sectors, and their Landlords, on November 13, 2020.

Joseph and fellow speakers, Richard Heller, of Legal Seafoods, Inc., and Vanessa Moody, of Goulston & Storrs PC, discussed how commercial landlords and tenants are addressing some of the current challenges they’ve faced at the hands of the COVID-19 pandemic, creative solutions that they have encountered since its onset, and what they expect to see in the coming months.
