Joshua M. Bowman completes 10th Pan-Mass Challenge Charity Bike Ride
Joshua M. Bowman, chair of the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group and partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate departments, completed his 10th Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), riding a total of 168 miles from Wellesley to Provincetown. On the first day of the two-day route, Josh completed 94.6 miles from Babson College to Sandwich, and on the second day he biked the remaining 73.4 miles to the Pilgrim Monument. He has raised over $11,000 this year for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the PMC. Over the course of his 10 PMC rides, Josh has raised over $113,000.
The Pan-Mass Challenge is a Massachusetts-based bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country. Always held the first weekend in August, the PMC raises funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a world leader in adult and pediatric cancer treatment and research. Each summer, thousands of riders and volunteers from 43 states and 12 countries participate in the PMC, all with a common goal: to find a cure for cancer. Since 1980, the PMC has raised $767 million for Dana-Farber.
