Matthew A. Morris to speak at BBA webinar on tax changes in President Biden’s Rescue and Recovery plans

Matthew A. Morris, tax partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, will serve as a panelist in the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) upcoming webinar, “President Biden’s Tax Plan: Beyond the First 100 Days,” on May 19, 2021. During the program, Matthew and fellow panelists will discuss substantive aspects of the tax changes in President Biden’s $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (enacted on March 11, 2021), proposed tax changes that we are likely to see enacted in his two-part Recovery Plan, and the various legislative obstacles to major tax reform that he will face beyond the first 100 days of his inauguration.
