Ronald W. Ruth, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, and Smriti B. Choudhury and Jennifer L. Ioli, both associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, attended NAIOP Massachusetts’s “2017 Distinguished Real Estate Awards Gala” on November 9th at the Westin Boston Waterfront.

NAIOP Massachusetts, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, represents the interests of companies involved with the development, ownership, management and financing of commercial properties. NAIOP’s 1,720 members are involved with more than 240 million square feet of office, research & development, industrial, mixed use, retail and institutional space, as well as over 50,000 apartment units in the Commonwealth, valued at around $40 billion.
