Ronald W. Ruth attends NAIOP Massachusetts event led by Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll

Ronald W. Ruth, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and NAIOP member, attended a NAIOP Massachusetts event, “Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll and EOHLC Secretary Ed Augustus Discuss Unlocking Housing Production Commission Report” on February 25th, 2025.

The purpose of this event was to explain the recommendations decided by the Unlocking Housing Production Commission (UHPC) in order to increase the amount of housing throughout the state of Massachusetts for all levels of income. NAIOP CEO Tamara Small was a member of this commission, which also benefitted from the input of other various NAIOP members.
