Sara Jane Shanahan co-chairs MCLE’s 21st Annual Business Litigation Conference 2022

Sara Jane Shanahan, the firm’s managing partner and partner in its Litigation Department, co-chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) virtual 21^st Annual Business Litigation Conference 2022 on January 26, 2022 and led the opening panel, “Year-in-Review: Top 10 Cases.”

The conference shared the latest updates on new business litigation developments and important case law delivered by a stellar faculty of U.S. District Judges, U.S. Magistrate Judges, Massachusetts Superior Court Judges, and preeminent practitioners.

Sara’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Shanahan represents a diverse range of clients, including investment managers, property owners, national retailers, insurers, insureds, and shareholders of closely-held corporations. She is a regular speaker and contributor to MCLE programs.

The virtual conference will be rebroadcast on February 10 at 12:00 p.m., and February 18 at 9:30 a.m.
