Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Employment Law Department
Sherin and Lodgen LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jaclyn L. McNeely as an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department. McNeely represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and contract negotiation and enforcement. Her experience includes representing clients in internal investigations and at arbitration, and advising clients regarding FMLA, Massachusetts Wage Act and parental leave matters.
McNeely’s skillset will further bolster the firm’s highly lauded Employment Law Department. Led by the distinguished legal team of Nancy S. Shilepsky and Brian J. MacDonough, the Department provides counseling, negotiation, and complex litigation services to clients across a range of industries, and is ranked by Chambers USA for “Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiff’s Representation” in Massachusetts and by U.S. News and World Reports “Best Law Firms” for “Employment Law: Individuals,” and “Litigation – Labor and Employment.”
Prior to joining the firm, McNeely was an associate at another Boston law firm where she represented clients in employment and municipal matters. She graduated from Suffolk Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Honor Board and Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
