Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Employment Law Department
Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Gavriela M. Bogin-Farber as an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Department. She represents individuals in all aspects of employment negotiations and litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Gavi has litigated cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state and federal court. She also advises professionals and executives regarding separation agreements, employment agreements, and ongoing workplace issues. She was elected President of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association (MELA), an organization of over 160 attorneys committed to advancing employee rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Gavi was an associate at another Boston law firm specializing in plaintiff’s employment law. Now, she is a member of the firm’s award-winning Employment Law Department – ranked by Chambers USA for “Labor and Employment: Mainly Plaintiff’s Representation” in Massachusetts and by U.S. News and World Reports “Best Law Firms” for “Employment Law: Individuals” and “Litigation – Labor and Employment.”
