Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to its growing Corporate Practice
Sherin and Lodgen LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Kathryn E. Hayes as an associate in the firm’s Corporate/General Business Group. Hayes has broad based experience representing clients in intellectual property matters, corporate contracts, including license and service agreements, co-promotion agreements, SaaS agreements, work for hire agreements, non-disclosure agreements, business formation and regulatory compliance. Kate also has extensive experience in trademark clearance, registration and enforcement. She advises in a variety of industries including consumer products, entertainment, technology, nonprofits, and real estate. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Kate served as counsel for Marvel Entertainment (a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company), focusing on legal and policy issues surrounding the creation and management of intellectual property and was an IP consultant for Tory Burch.

Hayes graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013 and received her undergraduate degree from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.
