Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Real Estate Department

Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces the addition of Ariana L. Mirzakashani as an associate in the firm’s distinguished Real Estate Department.

Ariana focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, and assists clients with all aspects of their leasing, acquisition, disposition, and financing needs. She represents purchasers, sellers, and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing matters, and operations of commercial real estate properties.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Ariana was an associate at an Am Law 200 law firm, where she worked on a wide variety of commercial real estate projects.

Ariana received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was a contract law teaching assistant and served as a judicial extern in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Providence, Rhode Island. She received a B.A. in Economics from Smith College.
