Sherin and Lodgen Expands Real Estate Department with Addition of Partner Zachary D. Drench

Zachary D. Drench has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate Department. Zack brings extensive experience representing commercial real estate development and operating companies in acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development matters.

Zack’s practice includes negotiating retail, restaurant, office, and industrial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, as well as counseling clients on land use and environmental compliance and liability issues.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Zack was a senior attorney at a law firm in Wakefield, MA. Previously, he served as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Combined Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate owner, landlord, and developer in Malden, MA, where he oversaw legal matters related to real estate development, leasing, and property management.

Zack earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
