Sherin and Lodgen hosts MBA CLE on Litigating Business Torts

Sherin and Lodgen hosted a Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) CLE program, “Litigating Business Torts,” on October 23, 2019. The program was chaired by Ryan McManus, Esq., of Hemenway & Barnes LLP. Ryan was joined by panelists Hon. Karen Green, Eric Hines, Joshua Lewin, Esq., and Aliki Sofis, Esq., who discussed practical strategies for litigating business torts (from the perspective of both plaintiff and defendant), including when and why you might bring these claims, how to plead them, how to defeat them, how to get the evidence you need, and how to prove damages.
