Sherin and Lodgen hosts one year anniversary of ProVisors – Women’s Professional Affinity Group

Over 50 female professionals – both members of ProVisors and their guests – gathered at Sherin and Lodgen after work on Thursday, April 11, 2019 to celebrate the first anniversary of the ProVisors – Women’s Professional Affinity Group. The event was organized by affinity group leader, Judy Rakowsky, Senior VP of Crisis and Strategic Communications at Liberty Square Group, and hosted by Carla M. Moynihan, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Sara Jane Shanahan, head of the firm’s Litigation Department, attended as well.

Attendees mingled as they enjoyed refreshments and a presentation by special guest speaker, Kara Baskin, on women chefs and restaurant principals influencing the dynamic local food scene. Baskin is a long-time journalist, editor and, content strategist – focusing her craft on lifestyle, health, food, and culture. She’s currently a food writer for The Boston Globe, a contributing editor at Boston Magazine, and a parenting reporter for Jewish Boston .
