Sherin and Lodgen participates in volunteer program to clean up the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway
On May 23, Sherin and Lodgen held a community service day, volunteering with the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy to clean up a portion of the Greenway, a 1.5-mile contemporary public park in the heart of Boston extending from Chinatown to the North End. More than 15 Sherin attorneys and staff completed light duty gardening to prepare the park for the summer season.
The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to raising broad-based support to ensure standards of excellence in the design, sustainability and use of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway is a first class urban park where people discover beautiful public spaces, human connections and engaging experiences.
Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to participate in a number of community involvement events every year. Last fall, the firm teamed up with Heading Home, whose mission is to end homelessness in Greater Boston, by spending a day cleaning, assembling furniture, shopping for food and home-goods, and decorating and outfitting an apartment for a father and son who, until then, had no place to call home.
