Sherin and Lodgen Partner Beth A. Goldstein Honored as “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly
Beth A. Goldstein has been selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2018 Excellence in the Law “Up & Coming Lawyer” Honoree. This annual award recognizes rising stars in the legal community who have practiced for 10 years or less, but who have already distinguished themselves in their firm and practice. Goldstein will be honored at the 2018 Excellence in the Law event on May 10, 2018 in Boston.
Goldstein was elevated to partner in Sherin and Lodgen’s Real Estate Department in January 2018. She represents buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in the sale, acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the country. She also has experience in representing clients engaged in complex financing transactions including construction and permanent financing of solar facilities, New Market Tax Credit financing, and hotel development. Additionally, Goldstein’s leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.
In 2017, Goldstein graduated with the inaugural class of the NAIOP Massachusetts Leadership Institute, an eight-month program designed to develop the practical knowledge and leadership skills of commercial real estate professionals. She was also named a 2017 Massachusetts Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers, which aims to recognize the most impressive up-and-coming young lawyers in Massachusetts. Goldstein currently serves as Co-Chair of the Leasing Committee of the Boston Bar Association.
Goldstein received her B.A. from Georgetown University and J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
