Sherin and Lodgen partner Beth A. Goldstein presents at MCLE’s 25th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference

Beth A. Goldstein presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) 25th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 28. The annual event covers recent developments in federal and state legislatures, agencies, and courts, and in Massachusetts municipal law. Beth presented on the panel, “Energy Law: Incentives, Standards and Siting Issues for Clean Energy Projects,” discussing critical updates in the energy law landscape from the past year.

As chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Beth represents clients engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.

The conference will rebroadcast on Friday, April 12 at 9:00 a.m. and Monday, April 22 at 9:00 a.m.
