Sherin and Lodgen’s Commercial Finance Group represented Bank of New England in a $10,050,000 acquisition/pre-development loan to an affiliate of The Davis Companies, DIV Green River Way, LLC, to facilitate the redevelopment of 40-44 Green River Way in Watertown, MA.  The Land is presently improved by three buildings containing approximately 82,049 aggregate square feet of industrial space.  The Sherin and Lodgen team included Gary M.
