Sherin and Lodgen represented Boston Private Bank and Trust Company as lender in the $17.2 million financing for the acquisition of a commercial property located at 160 Dascomb Road in Andover, MA. The 125,000 square foot multi-tenant building is currently home to Lockheed Martin Corporation, a worldwide aerospace defense and advanced technology company, and includes warehouse and lab space. The borrower is NBI Dascomb, LLC. Boston Private was led by Drew Garfinkle, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate.
