Sherin and Lodgen sponsors annual PAIR Gala Celebration

Sherin and Lodgen sponsored the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project’s Annual Gala, held Monday, June 3, 2019, which celebrated 30 years of providing free legal services to asylum seekers. The gala brought together more than 300 leaders in Greater Boston’s legal, nonprofit and business communities, including law firm partners, corporate counsel, philanthropists, immigrants, and community activists. Jessica G. Kelly, partner in Sherin and Lodgen’s Litigation Department and chair of the firm’s pro bono practice, and Nancy S. Shilepsky, chair the firm’s Employment Department, attended the event.

Formed in 1989, the PAIR Project provides free legal services to asylum seekers and promotes the rights of detained immigrants.
