Sherin and Lodgen sponsors CHAPA’s 56th Annual Dinner

Sherin and Lodgen sponsored the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA)’s 56^th Annual Dinner on June 29, 2023. S&L attorneys Jack Anetakis, chair of the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group, Douglas M. Henry, Laura Kaplan, Ian T. Lane, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Dustyn Marie Mascia, and Theresa M. Santoro, Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Department, attended the event that the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Born out of a small group of community leaders who understood that housing was a critical issue of the civil rights movement in 1967, Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA)’s mission is to encourage the production and preservation of housing that is affordable to low and moderate-income families and individuals and to foster diverse and sustainable communities through planning and community development.
