Tanya M. Larrabee published in North American Clean Energy on new SMART emergency program regulations
Tanya M. Larrabee, associate in the firm’s Renewable Energy Group, was published in North American Clean Energy (NACE) on September 15, 2020. Her article, “New SMART Emergency Program Regulations: What Massachusetts customers should know,” lays out several revisions and adjustments made to the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target’s (SMART) final regulations by the Department of Energy Resources (DOER), including expanding the availability of the COVID-19 extension to new applications received through December 31, 2020.
