Three Sherin and Lodgen attorneys attend Urban Land Institute member event on 2025 Retail Outlook

Ian T. Lane, Gary M. Markoff, and John J. Slater III, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department, attended the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) January Member Lunch on Thursday, January 9th, 2025. The event featured a presentation by Ann Ehrhart, Founder and CEO of Everstreet on the Retail Outlook for 2025, focusing on three areas of retail: Self-Sustaining, Convenience, and Inactive/Underutilized.
