Three Sherin and Lodgen attorneys named to the 2024 Lawdragon “500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers” guide
Sherin and Lodgen LLP attorneys Brian J. MacDonough, chair of the firm’s Employment Department, Nancy S. Shilepsky, and David I. Brody, partners in the firm’s Employment Department, were selected for inclusion in the 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers guide.
Brian was one of only nine attorneys nationwide recognized for representation of “Executives & Professionals,” and Sherin and Lodgen is one of only four firms nationwide recognized for such representation. He counsels and represents executives and professionals in sophisticated employment and compensation matters domestically and internationally.
Nancy was recognized for “Employee & Civil Rights,” and also named in the Lawdragon Hall of Fame, which recognizes past members of the Lawdragon 500 and other outstanding lawyers who have made remarkable contributions to the legal profession. She is a leading influence in the world of executive advocacy, employment law, and employment litigation.
Additionally, David was recognized for “Employee Rights Litigation.” He is an accomplished employment litigator who represents individuals in a wide range of matters, including contract enforcement, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblowing.
