Distressed Hotel Loans: Current Trends, Drafting Tips, and What’s Next
Joshua M. Bowman, chair of the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group, served as a panelist during a Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar on March 11, 2021. The webinar, titled “Distressed Hotel Loans: Current Trends, Drafting Tips, and What’s Next,” provided a practitioner’s overview of the issues that have arisen in hotel loan modifications, extensions, and workouts over the past several months, as well as a forecast for what the next 6-12 months may bring.
