Commercial Real Estate Partner
Sherin and Lodgen is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner with 8+ years experience to join its nationally ranked Real Estate Department.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in various aspects of real estate law, including commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial and/or life science), acquisitions and dispositions, land use and development, financing, and general real estate expertise. Excellent drafting skills and ability to work both independently and in teams is essential. Experience representing clients in the ownership of laboratory/biotech, retail, and office assets preferred. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered.
