Overview & Experience

Colleen V. Collins advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Colleen advises retailers, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, Colleen’s practice includes the development and leasing of shopping centers and mixed-use developments.

Colleen also works with the firm’s Commercial Finance Group and Renewable Energy Practice Group, representing financial institutions and other lenders in financing for commercial real estate and renewable energy projects. Her renewable energy practice also includes advising developers in the acquisition and development of solar projects, including due diligence, permitting, title, and survey review.

Colleen began her legal career as a Corporate Associate in one of Buffalo, New York’s largest firms before relocating to Boston, where she served as corporate counsel for a Massachusetts bank.
