Overview & Experience

Mariem Marquetti is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, representing clients in complex employment matters, commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and professional liability matters before state and federal courts, as well as before state agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Mariem worked as an associate at a Massachusetts law firm where she represented and provided guidance to clients in the areas of education, labor and employment law, and municipal and land use law, as well as carried out investigations.

She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While attending law school, Mariem served as a law clerk in the International Narcotics and Money Laundering Section of the Department of Justice U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida. She also participated in the Boston University School of Law International Human Rights Clinic.
