
Wyatt Shea is a paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Department, working with attorneys and clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Wyatt works closely with the firm’s attorneys on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. He also assists the firm’s attorneys with performing due diligence, survey, zoning and environmental report review, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Wyatt worked as a Legal Assistant in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Before joining Sherin and Lodgen, Wyatt was a Legal Assistant at two Boston law firms. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and is currently attending law school at Suffolk University Law School.
